MEET DR. SLADE S. GALLOWAY
Dr. Galloway was born and raised in Zanesville Ohio and graduated with honors from Zanesville High School. He played basketball on the 1995 Division I State Basketball Championship Team. He then went on to Ohio University in Athens where he graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. From there he began his studies in Optometry at The Ohio State University College of Optometry where he graduated with honors and earned his Doctor of Optometry Degree.
Dr. Galloway now practices and resides in Zanesville with his wife and two daughters. His wife is Michelle Galloway who is a Science Teacher at Tri-Valley High School and is a native of Cincinnati Ohio. Their energetic daughters are Addison and Sydney. They enjoy playing with anything that makes noise and teasing the family dog Chewy.
Dr. Galloway is an active member of the Zanesville Jaycees, West Muskingum Lion's Club, First Christian Church, the American Optometric Association, and the Ohio Optometric Association.

MEET DR. JEFFREY RICE
Dr. Rice was born and raised in Zanesville. Upon graduating from Zanesville High School in 1973, he attended Ohio University in Zanesville and graduated from the Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1980. Dr. Rice began his optometry practice in 1980 at 740 Princeton Avenue. In 1991, he moved to the current location at 1180 Military Road.
Dr. Rice is active in the Mid-Eastern Ohio Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Rice is a past member of Kiwanis and has served on the Board of Directors of the Zanesville chapter of the American Cancer Society and on the Regional Coordinating Council for the Ohio University Zanesville Campus.
Dr. Rice lives in Zanesville and is married to the former Jo'D Herron. He has one grown daughter, Jamie.
